Luke Kibet broke the course record at the Singapore Marathon, with a winning time which was about an amazing 2 minutes faster than last years time. Silas Sang of Kenya battled compatriot 2009 World Marathon silver medalist Emmanuel Mutai for the title in the 11th edition of the Portugal Half Marathon. Sang won the race in 1:00:20.
