Defending chanpion Bining Lyngkhoi (Army Sports Institute, Pune) won the 6th edition of the Kolkata Marathon. In the women’s event, Kavita Raut from Karnataka took the top spot. The 6th edition of the Airtel Kolkata Marathon will be run on Feb 21st, 2010. This news was announced today by the organizing secretary Prochy Mehta in Kolkata. Well, as the running seasons gets to a close, there is a deluge of marathons around the country, with the Auroville marathon on Feb 15, Chennai marathon also on Feb 15.
