Conquering stiff competition, a new race route and warm conditions at the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2010, Kenya’s Cyprian Kiogora Mwobi repeated as Men’s Full Marathon champion with a winning time of 2:20:12 while Triyaningsih of Indonesia won the Women’s Full Marathon with a time of 2:47:35. Update Feb 8th: Kenyans dominate HK marathon!
There were 51,272 runners in the full marathon, half marathon and 10-kilometer races – and 97.78 percent finished the race.
