Results for 2012 London Olympics Women’s 400 meters Hurdles race are published below. The world record holder in the event is Pechonkina Yuliya of Russia with a time of 52.34 .

Natalya Antyukh and Irina Davydova of Russia, Perri Shakes-Drayton of Great Britain are the main contenders for the gold medal in the Women’s 400m Hurdles in London. Antyukh is a bronze medallist in the 400m event at the Athens Olympic Games and has taken bronze in Daegu 2011 and gold in Barcelona 2010. Irina Davydova is a gold medalist at 2012 European Championships. Perri Shakes-Drayton is a semifinalist at 2011 World Championships.

Natalya Antyukh from Russia won the women’s 400m hurdles at the London Olympics on Wednesday in a time of 52.70 seconds. Lashinda Demus from the United States was second and Zuzana Hejnova from the Czech Republic was third.

2008 Beijing Olympics Women’s 400m Hurdles Results

Jamaica’s Melaine Walker clocked 52.62 seconds to win the women’s 400m hurdles at the Olympic Games and set a new Olympic record. American Sheena Johnson took the silver and Tasha Danvers of Britain got the bronze.
