Results for 2012 London Olympics Men’s 200 meters race are published belowThe men’s world record for 200m event is 19.19 s and it is held by the Jamaica’s Usain Bolt at the 2009 World Championships. In 2008 Beijing Olympics, Usain Bolt won the 200m.

Blake and Bolt will battle for the 200 title, with American Wallace Spearmon hoping to get onto the podium. Shawn Crawford is in the running, too, to take on Bolt & Co. Crawford won the 200-meter title at the 2004 Athens Olympics and was bumped up to silver in Beijing.

Bolt won while slowing in his final four strides in a time of 19.32 seconds, and he crossed the line with his head turned to keep a firm gaze on Blake. He won it with an index finger pressed to his lips.

2008 Beijing Olympics Men’s 200m Results

Usain Bolt wins the 200m in 19.30secs time. Shawn Crawford and Walter Dix from United States clocked 19.96 and 19.98 respectively to finish at 2nd and 3rd positions.
