Apr 2, 2011. Fabian Daza, 29 of Bogota, Colombia, set the event record, completing the half-marathon in 1:09:10, besting the field by more than eight minutes. Jenna Papaz, 28, of Bethlehem, Pa., took the women’s race in 1:25:27, edging Jill Czarnik of Chicago by less than a minute.
