The Rock ‘n’ Roll Portugal Half Marathon (Meia Maratona de Portugal) is one of the most popular half marathons in Portugal (the other being the Lisbon Half Marathon) and is an IAAF Gold Label road race. Till 2011 this event was conducted by the name ‘Portugal Half Marathon’. From 2012 the legendary Portugal Half Marathon is reborn as Rock ‘n’ Roll Portugal Half Marathon. Running into the streets of Lisbon, this race has a very nice course and is a great opportunity for everyone to run over the famous “Vasco da Gama” bridge.
