Virginia Run Turkey Trot

Virginia Run Turkey Trot 5K has become a family tradition for the people of Centerville, Virginia. With the 5K race and the 2 kilometer fun walk, the whole family can participate in a fun, healthy activity to start their Thanksgiving Day. The race was founded in 1989. The purpose of the race is to promote health, community spirit and raise money for a charitable cause.

The entry fees is $25 if registered earlier. To participate in Virginia Run Turkey Trot you can register in the official website.

Course / Route Map

5K certified course is through the main streets of Virginia. It starts and finishes on Pleasant Valley Road, just south of the intersection with Eagle Tavern Way. 2K walk is a fun walk that takes place on a Trail and street near the start line of the 5K run. Strollers and dogs are not allowed on the 5K race course. Strollers and dogs are allowed on the 2K fun walk course. Water is available on 5K race course before the 2-mile marker.
