Thane Varsha Marathon takes place at Thane, Maharashtra, India. Thane Varsha Marathon organised by Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC). Nearly 40,000 participants from the state and the district, besides a number of civic school children participate in the run that start from near the Thane Municipal Corporation headquarters. The organisers supply free food, stay and commuting facilities for tribal students from the interiors of Thane district. The marathon (21 kms) give out the message of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Keep running, stay fit and avoid drugs is the mantra.

I completed 2012 thane Varsha Marathon in 1 hour 56 min but when I visited them for time certificate I found that my name is not in the list, those who completed after me were there in the list. I was not expecting this reward so much of hard work to clock within 2 hours but it came to me, I hurts.
when is the marathon for 2012 please tell the date and place to register.
