Seychelles Marathon is hosted by Seychelles Islands which is universally recognized as the Indian Ocean’s Jewel of pristine beauty. The Sunyang Eco-Healing Seychelles Marathon took place for the first time in 2008, with a modest count of 330 participants. It was initiated by Mr. Dong Chang Jeong, Seychelles Honorary Consul General for South Korea, who is also head of the Seychelles Tourist Office in Korea. The event was conceived to contribute to Seychellois’ health and to unify Seychellois and visitors.

Registration

The entry fees is 45Euro for the marathon and 30 Euro for the half marathon. To participate in Seychelles Marathon you can register in the official website.

Course / Route Map

The marathon starts and concludes at Beau Vallon Beach. The course leads the runners through Bel, Ombre, Beau Vallon, Glacis, Macha Bee, North East Point, Anse Etoile, La Bastille, English River, 5th June Avenue, Bois De Rose, Geant Casino, Francis Rachel, Clock Tower, Independence Avenue, 5th June and back to Beau Vallon .
