Recent results from Volkswagen Prague Marathon for elite runners are published below. The Volkswagen Prague Marathon (originally known as the Prague International Marathon) originated in 1995 and has been on a fast track to international acclaim since then. Every year thousands of runners take part in this demanding and fast paced race. They take in the beautiful scenery while preparing for the start on the Charles Bridge.

Volkswagen Prague Marathon 2013 Results

May 12, 2013. Kenya’s Caroline Rotich continued her triumphant tour of spring with a dominant performance in the women’s race while Nicholas Kemboi of Qatar recovered from a late hiccup to drop his male competitors en route to victory in the men’s race at the 19th Volkswagen Prague International Marathon.

Volkswagen Prague Marathon 2012 Results

May 13, 2012. Deressa CHIMSA of Ethopia gave an explosive performance in Prague, leading both Stephen TUM and Philemon LIMO. He clocked the race in 2:06:25 time. Agnes KIPROP from Kenya won the women’s race in 2:25:41 time.

Volkswagen Prague Marathon 2011 Results

Benson Barus led a Kenyan sweep at the Prague International Marathon on Sunday, and countrywoman Lydia Cheromei set a course record in the women’s race. Barus finished the 26.2 miles in 2:07:07. Cheromei won in 2:22:34, shattering the 2:25:29 run by countrywoman Helena Loshanyang Kirop in 2010.
