NYC Half Marathon Results

Recent results from NYC Half Marathon for elite runners are published below. NYC Half Marathon is an annual road running race in the New York City, organized by the New York Road Runners club. It offers an ideal tune-up race for April’s prestigious marathons in London and Boston, and a lot of top U.S. distance runners enter the race to test their readiness.

NYC Half Marathon 2015 Results

Mar 15, 2015. For the men, the only push that counted was the one just feet from the finish line, when Leonard Korir outsprinted training partner Stephen Sambu for the win, 1:01:06 to 1:01:07, earning the biggest victory of his pro career and tying for the closest men’s finish in race history. Molly Huddle pulled away from rival Joyce Chepkirui to win the United Airlines NYC Half, becoming the first American winner in the 10-year history of the race and tying the course record with a 1:08:31 victory.

NYC Half Marathon 2014 Results

Mar 16, 2014. Mutai Geoffrey was the first man at the finish with 1:00:50 and Kipyego Sally clocked 1:08:31 to win the women’s title.

NYC Half Marathon 2013 Results

Mar 17, 2013. Kipsang finished the 13.1 miles in 1 hour, 1 minute, 2 seconds. Italy’s Daniele Meucci was second, four seconds back. It was the 28-year-old Rotich’s second NYC Half win. She set a course record of 1:08:52 in 2011 and finished this year’s race in 1:09:09, 3 seconds ahead of Burundi’s Diane Nukuri-Johnson.
