This is the third year that Trivium Racing is bringing you the Triad Duathlon Series. This is also the fifth year an event will begin at Northeast Park. This is a great short course event to get the cobwebs our and kickstart your 2018 multisport season! With a flat fast run and a short challenging bike course you will be kissing the winter woes away!
10:00 AM Start Time
The entry fees is $35 foe an individual and $60 for team if registered earlier. To participate in Northeast Duathlon you can register in the official website.
Packet Pick-Up Packet pick-up will be at Northeast Park on race day from 8:00am to 9:30am.
Course / Route Map
The run course is on a paved park path around the interior of Northeast Park and runners will do 2 loops. This a fast smooth run! The bike course exits Northeast Park and makes a loop on the country roads surrounding the park. The bike course is on roads with low traffic volume, and they will not be closed to traffic. We will have police and volunteers staffed at each major intersection to ensure the safety of participants.

Triad Duathlon Series Scoring To qualify for the Triad Duathlon Series awards, athletes must compete in at least two races in the series. For the Northeast Park Duathlon, overall scoring and age group scoring works as follows: 10 points for 1st, 8 points for 2nd, 6 points for 3rd, 5 points for 4th place, 4 points for 5th place, 3 points for 6th place, 2 points for 7th place, and 1 point for 8th place and up.
