Maratón CAF Caracas for Latin American integration is an initiative of CAF – Latin American development bank – to encourage sport as a means of integrated development and strengthening of regional integration. The race is held in Carcas, Venezuela. Marathon CAF will also host the South American Championship Marathon and Marathon National Championship. The Marathon is a qualifier for the London Olympics.

The entry fees is USD 70. To participate in Maratón CAF Caracas you can register in the official website.

Course / Route Map

The marathon starts and concludes at Paseo Colón Parque Los Caobos. The course leads the runners through Avenida Bolivar, Plaza O’Leary, Avenue San Martin, Bridge of Lions, O’Higgins Avenue Redoma of India, Avenida Páez of Paradise, Tarpeian Rock Avenue, Armed Forces President Medina Avenue, Promenade The Illustrious, Founding Fathers, Military Academy, Walk The Illustrious, UCV and college stadiums, Avenida Las Acacias, Avenida Casanova, Avenida Principal de Las Mercedes Street, Chuao Guairita, the Avenida Rio de Janeiro, Avenida San Francisco, Francisco de Miranda, Solano Lopez, Avenida Las Acacias, Grand Avenue to return to Plaza Venezuela and finish the path in front of the Paseo Colón Parque Los Caobos.
