Recent results from the Virgin London Marathon for elite runners are published below. Virgin London Marathon is one of the biggest running events in the world and is one of the five top world marathons that make up the World Marathon Majors. The race was earlier known as the Flora London Marathon, and renamed as the Virgin London Marathon from 2010.

Apr 26, 2015. Kenyan runner Wilson Kipchoge, Eliud won the London Marathon in a time of 2.04.42. Tufa, Tigist claimed the crown in the women’s race beating fellow Kenyan Keitany to the title.

Virgin London Marathon 2014 Results

Apr 13, 2014. Kenyan world record holder Wilson Kipsang blasted to a new course record time of 2.04.29 beating fellow countryman Stanley Biwott into second. Edna Kiplagat claimed the crown in the women’s race beating fellow Kenyan Florence Kiplagat to the title. The two-time world champion won in a time of 2:20.19 edging out her namesake.

Apr 21, 2013. Priscah Jeptoo of Kenya wins women’s race at London Marathon with Kiplagat of Kenya coming second and Japanese runner Akaba third. Tsegaye Kebede wins the men’s race with an unofficial time of 2.06.04 Mutai comes in second.
