Irish Sprint is a competitive 10K (6.2 mile) timed course. Prince William Forest Park is a 15,000 acre National Park located at I-95 Exit 150b, next to Marine Corps Base Quantico. The park’s 37 miles of hiking trails and 21 miles of bicycle routes traverse the largest piedmont forest in the National Parks system and the scenic Quantico Creek.
