Recent results from Aramco Houston Half Marathon for elite runners are published below. The Aramco Houston Half Marathon takes place every year in January in Houston, Texas. The Houston Half Marathon offers participants a unique running experience in the city. The course for the half marathon starts separately from the full, in front of Minute Maid Park.

Jan 19, 2014. Fraser, Rory took home the men’s half marathon title clocking 01:02:48. In the women’s race Chyr, Nicole won the title with 01:18:31.

Aramco Houston Half Marathon 2013 Results

Jan 13, 2013. Lilesa decided to wait until the final kilometer to drop Merga, and he easily pulled away from his rival to win comfortably in 1:01:54. In winning the women’s half-marathon, Mamitu Daska became the first woman to win both the Chevron Houston Marathon and Aramco Houston Half-Marathon during a career.

Aramco Houston Half Marathon 2012 Results

Jan 15, 2012. In the men’s half marathon, Feyisa Lelisa won in a personal-best 59:22. That eclipsed the course and American record set by Ryan Hall in the 2007 U.S. Half Marathon championship (59:43). Belaynesh Oljira won the women’s half marathon in 1:08.26, breaking Shalane Flanagan’s record time of 1:09.41, set in 2010.

Wow! You guys did a great job. I never saw so many volunteers. Water stops were timely, porta-cans were well located, course was terrific. Organization was outstanding!
I really liked all the bands along the route.
Only comment is lack of spectators along some of the route. Especially at the dividing line from 1/2 to whole. Almost no one there.
