Grand Pacifico Marathon is organized in the city of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico with the support of the Mexican Federation of Athletics since 1999. It is rated one of the top ten marathons in the world for its ideal landscape, warm weather and international presence. Mazatlan is not only a major Mexican port for tourists, but has attracted athletes from across the world to take part in this ultimate destination marathon. The events include marathon, half marathon, 10K Run and 5K Run. The event is limited to 12,000 participants.
Men: 6:30 am.
Women: 6:30 am.
The entry fees is $290 for the marathon if registered earlier. To participate in Gran Maraton Pacifico you can register in the official website.
Course / Route Map
The course of the marathon stretches down Mexico’s longest coastal boulevard. It is run with a backdrop of breathtaking ocean views and sunshine terrain. The course heads the runners through Arranque Y Meta Estadio De Beisbol, Playa Delfin, Playa Brujas and Monumento Al Pescador. The course is certified by AIMS, IAAF and FMA.
Time Limits & Cutoffs
The course time limit is 6 hours. The event will be timed by timing chip.
