Dam To Dam 20K in Iowa ranks as one of the best long distance races in the USA. The event is the largest 20 kilometer race in the nation. The race is run from Saylorville Dam to downtown Des Moines. The lesser distance 5 kilometer gives everyone an opportunity to participate in Dam to Dam and now ranks as the largest 5 kilometer race in Iowa.

Registrations
No registration at packet pickup. No refunds on entry fees or transferring of race numbers. Runners not wearing the correct race number will be disqualified and asked to not enter Dam to Dam in the future.
Course / Route Map
The race is run from Saylorville Dam to downtown Des Moines. The start area is very narrow, a 2 lane road on Saylorville Dam with guard rails. Check out the event route map below.
