Celebration Mysore Half Marathon

Celebration Mysore Half Marathon is organized as a part of the Celebration Series in the city of Mysore Karnataka, India, during the Dasara Festival as an added exclusive event. The events included are 21K Half Marathon, 10K Run and 5K Celebration. There will be entertainment programmes by music groups, traditional dance groups along the course. As part of the Celebration Mysore Marathon, Life’s Calling Sports is promoting the cause of Adoption of animals at Mysore Zoo.

Registration

The registration fees is Rs 800 for the Half Marathon, Rs 600 for 10K Run and Rs 200 for Celebration Run. To participate in Celebration Mysore Half Marathon you can register in the official website.

Course / Route Map

The running route will take the runners to some of the prominent landmarks of Mysore so that they can get a glimpse of the rich heritage of the city. The half marathon would be flagged off at the Mysore Palace from Chamraja Circle and it would end at Chamundi Vihar Stadium. The runners would pass through Hardinge Circle, Exhibition Gate, Nanjangud Road, JSS College, Chamundipuram Bus Stop, Christ The King Convent, New K.R. Road, Nijalingappa Circle, Kukkarahalli Tank, Manasagangotri Glades, St. Joseph’s School, Mathru Mandali Circle, Ashoka Pillar, KRS Road, Akashvani Circle, Ramanna Circle, Bamboo Bazaar, Sunanda Agarbathi Factory, K.S.R.T.C. Bust Depot, Torch Light Parade Stadium, St. Philomena Gate, JSS Medical College, Toll Gate, Dore Fine Arts, Dandi Maramma Temple, Government ITI, K.E.B. Circle, Yah Allah Masjid, Government Guest House, Karnataka Police Academy and Superintendent of Police Office Circle.
