Apr 7, 2013. Dejen Gebremeskel of Ethiopia won the Carlsbad 5000 for the third straight time on Sunday, in a time of 13 minutes, 21 seconds. Geleta Burka won the women’s title.

Carlsbad 5000 2012 Results

Apr 1, 2012. Dejen Gebremeskel of Ethiopia won the men’s championship for the second year in a row, clocking 13 :11, tying for the fourth-fastest time ever on the roads and another Ethiopian, Tirunesh Dibaba, regained the women’s title she won in 2005.

Hi!
I am in training to hopefully earn a medal in the Masters Womens race this year.
I have run in the Carlsbad 5000 for 3 years and have not been able to meet this goal.
Could you tell me a recommended race time and/or pace time in order to make it within the top 250?
