American Discovery Trail Marathon is organized in Colorado Springs, the most populous city of El Paso County, Colorado, United States. The marathon is a USATF certified Boston Qualifier. The race has a certified point-to-point course that offers a beautiful view of the Pikes Peak region. All proceeds from the event benefit non-profit organizations, including local running events and the stewardship of local trails, open spaces and parks.

Registration
The entry fees is $65 for the marathon and $45 for the half marathon if registered earlier. To participate in American Discovery Trail Marathon you can register in the official website.
Course / Route Map 
The Marathon will start 26 miles north of downtown Colorado Springs. Runners will run on the Sante Fe trail south, starting in Palmer Lake and finishing at America the Beautiful Park. The altitude gradually drops along the trail, starting at 7,225 feet, and ending around 6,040 feet at America the Beautiful Park. The trail is mostly packed dirt, however there are short sections of asphalt and concrete.
