Guam - The Guam Triathlon Federation will be hosting the first race of the 2012 season with a Super Sprint event held this Sunday at Hoover Park (former USO) in Piti.
The race will feature a 200 meter open ocean swim in Piti Bay, 10k bike and 3k run on a flat course in and around the Port Authority of Guam roadways.
Potential members and racers can pick up membership application and race registration forms at Hornet Sports, or download them via triathlonguam.com.
Race registration fees are $15 (non-GTF members) or $10 (GTF members/students 17 and under) for the single-race fee.
Participants must register by Saturday, 5:00pm at Hornet Sports.
