Bart Yasso, 54, is the Chief Running Officer at the Runners World magazine, the largest selling sports magazine in the world. Bart is battling Lyme disease, and had one regret in his life – of never having run the Comrades Marathon, known as the greatest footrace on the planet. In a month from today, Bart will be running the Comrades, and fulfilling his dreams.
Over the years, Bart has been a prolific runner. From his profile page, we get to know something about his chequered running career. He is one of the few people to have completed races on all seven continents from the Antarctica marathon to the Mt. Kilimanjaro marathon.
