Usain Bolts to 200m World Record of 19.19

Two magical nights, two World Records. And just like Beijing, it could be one more magical performance left with the 4*100M relay. Running into the 0.3m/s headwind, Bolt once again took out 0.11s out of the existing world record to record a 19.19s finish in the 200M, just like the 0.11s he took off from the 100M world record just days back.
