@Priyanka: Sad that you missed Mumbai, Hyderabad 10K would be in Nov in case you want to run lesser distances. Go for the Delhi Half, its a great race! And the species are not that rare after all, Mumbai, Delhi registrations run out in a couple of weeks of launch.

Thank you for this calender and site. I just realised that I am too late registering for Mumbai and that the Hyd one is gone and over…thought they did it in November every year! So it's Delhi Half and Pune International (10k) for my grand race debut this year.

Good to find fellow running enthusiasts…that's a rare species in India.

@Ravi: … and the Delhi Half Marathon should be upgraded to include the Marathon as well. That will really take the event to the next level.

BTW, I have not yet added the Mawana Sugars Indian Open Marathon to this list, which is another 'low key' Delhi Marathon (42K/21K). Happens towards last weekend of December.

Sad to see only 1 marathon in Delhi. There should be atleast 1 full/half marathon every Quarter.

Hi there, i must compliment on the interesting summary. Request you to quote the Mumbai event as Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon please. Besides over 5 long distance running events being organised in Mumbai, the suggested on the correct name of the event. I would appreciate your cooperation on this. Cheers!
