Tanvir the Garmin 305 seems to be very accurate, comparing with the offical distances. I have worn it over 2 marathons. The price on Garmin site is $299 , but I think you can get it for around $200, from other vendors. I will be in India in first week of December, let me know I can bring along one.

I think I remember them checking for mobiles at the entry points last year, but I guess a camera should not be an issue at all.

One funny thing – Airtel is official sponsor and as per below page “The following facilities are available on the Vodafone Delhi Half Marathon course for half marathon participants”

Every year this is the time I remember you! It’s the delhi half time. Thanks for putting up all the info at your blog. BTW you may like to add “What I talk about when I talk about running” – Haruki Murakami to your running books collection. It is the best non-guide kind of book I have seen on running.

The route maps are up on the official site.. but it seems they have put up the route details for 2007 delhi half marathon!!! weather is mentioning about october 2007 conditions

do we presume the routes are the same? The event call centre ppl have no clue on this
