Today is the day when the media hype is starting off for the 2nd Hutch Delhi Half Marathon, to be held on Oct 15th. The TOI published its first article on the event, both in the paper version, and the online one (titled Delhi Half Marathon: Run and win $150,000). The article was published right on time, just before the registrations start tomorrow, i.e. Aug 10th.

For all of you who want to enroll online, all you need is a credit card and a visit to the official website at http://hdhm.indiatimes.com

Note that this website is different from their previous one for the inaugural event, the HDHM 2005 (http://hutchdelhihalfmarathon.indiatimes.com), which continues to exist, though in a somewhat outdated state.

BTW, I registered today itself !!! That is precisely one day before the official registrations start. The website, though, did not complain but I wonder if my entry will be rejected because of this :) And I may be even denied the early bird prize for registering too early, or maybe I do deserve it :) Whatever, I just could not control myself.
