Chitra Narayanan, a reported with The Telegraph, Calcutta was looking for some amateur runners to interview for an article on the Delhi International marathon (Feb 12th, 2006) and somehow managed to find my running blog. No, personally, I have’nt experimented with any such stuff, the most I have done is use Gatorade for running. You are right, the quality of expos sucks, it is more like a Mela that an Expo.

tanveer, I am planning to run in Bangalore Marathon..Never participated before and wanted my goal to be 7 km celebrations run in Bangalore Marathon. Any idea if this is for celebritites only or anyone can participate?? Also what wld be ur suggestions to start with the preparations..Thanks in advance
have you guys tried stuff like garmin or fitsense fs1 to monitor your training?
is anyone doing a HRM based training?
I have a fitsense and it was fun to use it…havent run in a while so I know i have no right to comment on how good it is.it is available only in the USA though
other option is the polar hrm
costs about 170 Singapore dollars bucks..
i wish our marathon expos sold stuff like this instead of jewelry and papdi chat!
